Unable to download bezierspline

I am registered and signed in. I tried to download the Bezier Spline plug-in, and received a message that I was not authorized to download that file. Before I burst a blood vessel, could someone please tell me what is going on here?

You might try clearing your browser cache. Try going to the download page. Then hit ctrl-F5 to force a comlplete reload of the page. Then try redownloading it. That might help?

I believe the first link should work. The second is an old url we changed a year and a half ago. Still points to the same post just it shows as if you were not logged in.
If using the first link and still having issues, delete all sketchucation related cookies from your browser (hopefully you are not using IE as it is a pain there).
