Anyone have experience with FreeForm?

I'm getting a model from a client, that is being provided by 'his' client.. and is supposedly a FreeForm model... anyone have any experience with this and have any ideas how I can convert this to something I can manipulate in SU?? thanks alot.

Free form, as in organic or is this a format?

I dont know... I think its the file format based on the wording of the email he forwarded to me... he said they are 'freeform digital files'...and i do see a program called FreeForm and the screenshots of the models look similar to the images I was provided.

Ah, the company 'Sensable technologies' makes it, a medical/dental 3d app.
I wonder if you can get client to export to .obj or .stl, I believe it's supported.
If not maybe see if they have a trial/demo and do it yourself.

yes..that's the one. i've already requested an obj, he's having difficulty getting them to release the model at all though.
thanks for looking into it, pete.
