Hi Ricci,
for Sketchup you will find something barely. For such tasks, offers Microsoft Visio or other specialized programs.

There was a topic on this http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?p=175671#p175671 , I don't know if this will be of help, also I think there are some electrical symbols on 3D warehouse.
