Incomplete texturing

Hi,
Just had an email from google and just wondering if anyone can can explain why my model was rejected for 'incomplete texturing'?
It seems pretty complete to me, or am I missing something?!

I have been ripping hairs out of my head on this issue several times.
Its all a part of the game i guess
