Garage Apt / Townhouse

Some of you may remember this. It was my first "successful" model in SketchUp. It was done a little over a year ago. But it was built completely wrong and is nothing but a shell. Heck, not even that. It's just a solid block with some push pull and windows and doors stuck on it.
I've always wanted to go back when I got better and fully flesh it out....
I got better...
I'll post the full floor plans, furnished, along with over views later today or tomorrow. Many things were changed.

Takes some time and effort, doesn't it?

Oh I really can understand that! There are many projects of mine, which I started at the very beginning, with many mistakes, getting more and more complicated. I have to rebuild them too. But the skills are getting better and better, every day!

You know that first model looked alot better than most of our first models!

Thanks!
Honestly, I got lucky and didn't try to push beyond what I could grasp at the time. It wasn't until a few more months passed that I managed to make another decent model. And it's really only been just the last few months that it all "gelled" for me.
My workflow and production process still need more work and I have yet to master curved surfaces.

It took me almost 3 month (off and on) to build that first one. It took me almost 2 weeks to build the new one... from scratch.
(except for furniture and bath fixtures. those are from the warehouse and half of those I modified)
Well worth the time, effort and study. I love this program.
Maybe in another year I'll be able to build cars and ships.

Some friends have pointed out the bathroom configurations are not suitable for winters with the plumbing being in an exterior wall.
I'll post the changes in a few days.
