What might help is if we make a thread with what methods we are missing and where we each give examples of how it hinders it works. Might help Google prioritize for the next release. (Maybe we can get something before SU9 - it has happened before.)

Also not mentioned in the Release notes are 4 new Sketchup.send_action strings:

You mean the API docs thread?Or the Way of Coding thread?
Either way - they are very saturated with old comments. I'm thinking a new fresh thread would make it easier to get an overview of the current issues.

Yea - that's the Way of Coding thread I refereed to. But it's from 2008 - and lots of it refer to observers that are now fixed.

Do you know there is a list of debugged things available?
Perhaps you know if the scene observer is now also fired when creating an animation? -

The release notes is all I've found... which even appear to be incorrect when it comes to the selection observers.
