Looks great. I want to move there! I see you have the NZ plants. That's a pohutukawa? Good luck. (We do prototype plans here these days to see if a client might buy the land... and hire us as well).

Hi Jonathan. Was this the only render you did for the realty people ? If it was IMHO I'd take a higher viewpoint to see the full deck area. This is great amenity space and implies a much bigger property. All positives for selling. Just a little too much undercroft for me. But a realy good render πŸ‘

I'm sorry, but unless there is a different section of the house that sticks out in another direction, it kinda looks like a trailer!

Life only lasts so many years, but internal life lasts forever.

                        It's a surfboard! 😎

But trailers don't get that tall, rarely have such large windows and are rarely on steep sites.

Your totally right. I tend to always get caught up in dramatic angles, losing sight in what Im trying to achieve.

Thanks for you post. You had me in stitches. But its not quite what I imagined an Alabama trailer to look like. The aim of the design is affordable. Its shape and materials are a reflection of early New Zealand colonial architecture.
