            Lovely stuff!

One minor thing... the light streaks look great but it suggests a long exposure and where you have people in your scene, shouldn't a motion blur be applied to them?

              Hi,

Beautifull renders!!!...I mean...WOW!!!...., may I ask what do you render and what do you add in post processing??? Basically your workflow of adding elements....I've read that you added car in Vray but what about people trees, lights...etc...and lastlly, how much time it took for complete a single picture??? (workflow time if you prefer...)

Thanks in advance. Again, very great renders.

                    Sean!

You are seriously one VERY VERY talented artist mate!!!

On a side note, I'm a tad surprised that such buildings are approved in some areas - we could never get away with such prominant car parking to a residential building. In nearly all cases car parking MUST be obscured, the pedestrian and vehicle entries separated and significant landscaping to the forecourt. It is a nice looking building from the floor level up but a little spoilt by what would be a mess at the base!

I would ask mate, did the client want for these views? Personally if this was for the seeking of either approvals or sales I'd probably aim to select an angle to lessen the visual impact of the parking!

Again mate simply inspiring work! πŸ‘

in regards to the blackout script, another method (if you use VRAY as a renderer) is to select a couloured MATERIAL ID (such as white) and ensure you include it as one of your VFB channels... You can use this method for as many materials as you like in the scene for EASY selection in POST PRO....

                      good luck

Anyone know what happen to the likes of Freeagent and Silvershadow?
I presume they moved to 3ds max and Vray. Anyone seen them around on other forums?
                          Always enjoyed seeing there work.

here i am πŸ˜„ im still around... sortof, Holmes was right i have moved on to Max but i use SU every day, if i couldnt use sketchup i would quit 3d, i browse around forums like CG architect and Evermotion and Ronen Beckerman but dont post much because there isnt really a forum for professional work, by professional i mean work done for a client within a budget and deadline. mainly these websites feature hobbie works, while they are incredibly good, they dont quite qualify as Arch Viz, so it becomes pointless to post as i have no time for hobbies 😞

i suppose a good ideal to aim for would be to close the gap between hobbie work and professional work.

But since my last posts ive done alot of work so maybe its time for another big collection gallery post β˜€ let me just finish this one im working on.

Typically, I think that many renders have too little people (mine included), this is the first time I think that there may be too many.:) Nice renders, I really like lots of features like the ac paving.

Btw, what kind of rooms are behind the blank walls? At first I thought stairs at the end of the building, but nothing comes down to grade.

Freeagent: couldnt agree with you more about posting work on other sites for archvis. Alot of people on sites like evermotion critique with assumptions that people dont have budgets or deadlines....while its great to get feedback, ive seen too many people get rudely ripped apart on that site because they may have repeated a technique or cut back due to budgets/deadlines/client requests. Way too many hobbyiest that have forever to work on a single image, and many of us doing this for a profession dont have that luxury. Thats why i still like to post here eventhough I use SU-3dsmax workflow like you...I get more out of hearing what everyone here says than any other site.

Anyway...ur work is always inspiring. Keep up the good work man, and nice technique for the light streaks...I would always custom make them in photoshop, but I never thought to find and use stock footage. I like that.

                                            Okay, this pictures look stunning!
Vray is my favorite render-engine. But the post-pro in Photoshop is done great.
The light-tracks and glowing sunset look great.
