Regarding a sketchup plugin

Im just wondering is there a plugin for sketchup that can create like a fractal facade?..something like the facade of federation square, melbourne: http://aedesign.files.wordpress.com/2009/08/federation2.jpg
or like creating a greeble in sketchup?

thankx for that.. i downloaded the plugin and pasted it to my plugins folder but i get an error message saying:
Error Loading File clf_greeble_2.rb
No such file to load -- offset.rbhow do i fix this?

Offset.rb is a script that runs in the background and is required by a couple of other plugins. There are some similar scripts required to run in the background. You can download it from here:
