Layout, google doc API

hi all, newbie to sketchup programming, did few AutoCAD and MS excel VBA programming before.
Quick question, i was reading sketchup API document, realize that doest not include layout classes, wondering did i miss something or layout API is not open??
Also, is there a way to link sketchup data to google doc? Not the report generator csv export kind, but LINK data together to my google doc account ?
