Sketchup help!

Ok, somy friend, who does not have a Sketchucation account, is in a dilemma. Here is what he says: "WARNING: JUST A PICTURE... I made this in Sketchup 7, but Sketchup 7 won't let me upload anything or even get on the warehouse, so I took a screenshot and pasted the picture in Sketchup 6. I have alot of models I've made in sketchup& that i really wanna upload, but I can't. When I try to sign in, it says my password's wrong, but it's not. I've tried re-downloading Sketchup, I've gone to every Google help center I could find, I've tried contacting Google, but nothing works. Can some one PLEASE tell me ANYTHING else I can try?? Thanx" Anyone have any help for the dude?
