rendering is a slippery slope, once you start there is no stopping, it's addictive and will demand all your drinking time. πŸ˜•

Secondly, I would try something easier to begin with, like Twilight, Podium, Irender, get the basics and then as you get the knowledge and the terminology and feel you need more bells and whistles then move on at your own pace.

What in particular are you having trouble with? Exporting? Assigning materials? Modifying textures? Lighting? The Kerky forums are a great place to start, but I'll help where I can - and Majid has turned out some fantastic Kerky renders here too, maybe he'll chime in.

Spend some time on the kerky forum. THere is a great pdf about the material manager. and a video about the newer version of it. It is quite informative. Even I was able to get a decent render out of it for a photo sim I had to do.

Lately you've been tan, suspicious for the winter.

Yes like Chris said. Spend some time on the forum reading all the posts that relate to you. Then post some of your images there with some question.

Kerkythea tutorials master list is a good spot to start learning. btw you can find Fast Start 4 Architects by Majid Yegane there (maybe the easiest tutorial for beginners).

Welcome to try [Thea Render](http://www.thearender.com/), Thea support | [kerkythea.net](http://www.kerkythea.net/) -team member
