Would this observer more accurately be described as a DrawingelementObserver?

There a many Entities that you can attach an EntityObserver to, for example:

ArcCurve, AttributeDictionaries, AttributeDictionary, Behavior, ComponentDefinition, ComponentInstance, ConstructionLine, ConstructionPoint, Curve, DefinitionList, Drawingelement, Edge, EdgeUse, Face, Group, HLR, Image, Layer, Layers, Loop, Material, Materials, Page, Pages, RenderingOptions, SectionPlane, ShadowInfo, Style, Styles, Text, Texture, Vertex

Does it make any sense to attach an observer to a Loop object, for example? Will it do anything?
