New Mouse problems

OK, the old mouse worn out, and I bought a MS Wireless Mobile Mouse 6000. Now the center wheel will not orbit. I can not find any setting that is different from the old mouse for the center wheel.
Is there a Sketchup location to determine mouse operations. Couldn't find any, but I am hoping, or it is back to the old mouse with the new mouse going into the draw with his many bubbies.
