where can i download the sandbox plugin/script?

Sandbox comes built in to SketchUp. You might need to activate by going to menu Window > Preferences > Extensions and look for the sandbox tools and turn it on.
You might also need to turn on the toolbar for it at View > Toolbars > Sandbox Tools.
Try both of those.

Sand bax is one of SU's defalt plugins ... you can easily edit or use the script. the .rb file is open source . it's located in :
Program..> SU...> Tools
