It is quite obvious there is a lot of work involved. My comments are:
The trees and many other components are repeated so many time (not even scaled or rotated in many cases) that it becomes very obvious. You can get away with using the same tree or bush but you need to vary it in some ways.
The animation is very jerky. It should flow much smoother than it does.
I think there needs to be more color.
The animated sections don't add to the animation as it is not showing how the building is being built. You already show the insides of the structure in the animation to the sections seem to be not needed.The reflections on the water are very nice.
