[Request] Convert Curve to Circle

I realize there have been other requests to analyze exisiting closed curves and convert them to SU Circlez.
This is a two part request. The first would, I think, be easier to implement.
1- Assume the USER KNOWS a select closed curve is a circle or polyline is an arc. The script would convert the selection to an SU circle or Arc.
2- If the curve is part of push-pulled geometry, then selection would be assigned "side" and "radius/diameter" parameter and be welded to simulate a native SU cirlce or arc. The user could then right-click and use a dialog to change the number of sides or raidus/diameter (in a manner similar to that of the Entity Info for a native SU circle or arc).
