Hmm, he goes by OscarLok or Oscar Lok or some variation of that on the forum here. Try searching for him by name, then look for any thread he started in the plugins forum. I don't think there will be too many. I can't rememeber if he has a website or blog. So maybe check his profile if you find him, see if he lists a blog or a plugins download page or something.

I do not know too much about that plugin either but it looks very similar in concept to Driving Dimensions - which has a commercial and a free version, too.
