Overall the image looks flat and without much variation in color. If you are going to use the same tree multiple times try to rotate them and scale them differently so it is not so obvious. It looks like there is some reflections on the car to the left but none anywhere else.

Wow! I love it! very nice style.
Only crit would be the creepy no face lady, and the vehicles could use some nuber signs

You might try adjusting your shadow settings, and the date/time of day, to get more pronounced shadows on the building.
