SketchUp Freelance Style work for New Company

Hi,
I am looking for some talent for our new company. We are specifically looking for 2 individuals who are well skilled in SketchUp to do some work for us. We are trying to find one who is very good at your normal good structural buildings such as houses, hotels, retaraunts, car dealerships etc. We are also looking for someone who can do you your more abstract and "crazy" designs. Lastly we are looking for a third person who is very good at making realistic renderings of these design using the program of your choice. This person can also be one of the 2 designers mentioned before.
If you are interested please send me some info about yourself,your experience, what position your wanting to fill and some examples of your work. We want this to be a lasting arangment. All of our work that we get from our clients related to this would go through this "team". We will alsoo be very competitive in pay. Thank you. I look forward to hopefully working together.
