Hi,
I can't read what's on your image, but this looks to me as this is an HTML error in the web dialog, not really a ruby error.
I've published (long ago) a similar plugin to generate colors based on the Munsell system. It can be found here: http://rhin.crai.archi.fr/rld/plugin_details.php?id=258

ve searched a Pugin who has an integration with Adobe Kuler color and Sketchup 8, but I havent had much luck, anyway thank you very much! Greetings!
