LOL, I just wonder how reliable it would in the long term.... and imagine how long it would take to update the drivers for 106 little graphic cards. πŸ˜„

I can't get past the music!
I expected it to flip to a 70's bedroom at any minute with a guy sporting a very bad moustache!

I think one could save a lot of money by just printing the letters directly to the keys. . ..

If I make it look easy...It is probably easy

Would even be cheaper to buy two normal keyboards - one for upper-case and one for lower case letters πŸ˜†

I've been following this keyboard for probably 4 years now. It has been delayed repeatedly. Is it finally out? I like the idea personally. A dynamic keyboard that changes the keys according to the software being used. Have all your sketchup icons on the keyboard, take them off the screen entirely.

Lately you've been tan, suspicious for the winter.

Oh. . don't get me wrong. THe Keyboard is totally awesome. There just seems to be something a little disquieting about purchasing a Sixteen Hundred Dollar Keyboard to help me better run a modeling program THAT I CAN GET FOR FREE!!!!! πŸ’š

I personally don't like things that have unnecessarily electronics inside and need much of energy. I could imagine that the keybard would work much longer than the hundred little screens in the keys. But neverthless the idea is fascinating. Maybe e-ink (like in e-readers) would be more effiient than lcd.

The usefulness is another question. Many people are able to use their keyboard while looking on the screen.

There are already concepts for notebooks without keyboard, but two touch displays.
