      OK, after much head-scratching and even more Wikipedia-ing they are:

      John Rouse Merriott Chard
      Gonville Bromhead
      Alfred Henry Hook
      James Henry Reynolds

      All were awarded the VC for their actions in the Zulu War of 1879 and featured in the classic Michael Caine film "Zulu".

      Although I'm aware of the film I've never actually seen it, so I must confess that the names meant absolutely nothing to me. Extra points please! πŸ˜„

                      Not quite, its got a very limited index. Even for that pic of obama it only bought up a few chinese sites, and i only then guessed it from more recent pics of the big o.

                        Yes...kind of tongue in cheek comment. It seems it recognises the image itself, rather than the content. So even if the index improves, you could probably fool it by reversing the image or by just cropping it.
