WIP - Nighthawks by Hopper

I was thinking about drawing a diner and saw a post in another thread about Hopper.
I am still working on updating the textures, getting the light between the inside and outside is turning out to be tricky. Hard to get enough light on the building without getting too much flash on the glass.
I'll keep poking away, kind of fun.

so is this rendered or what? i dont get whats happening!! are you projecting textures from painting? did you make the people cutouts?

It's rendered in nXt. The people are cut out from the painting and made into face me components.
If anyone want's to experiment I found a decent model in the warehouse after I got mine done-- just look for Hopper. Its shaped different (triangle shaped building?) but the colors are good.

I still prefer your version, its truer to the painting and tells the same story
