For instance. Draw a large circle around a city about 500' above street level. Delete the surface and export the edges.

Some how export it and so it can be imported into GE such that GE recognizes it as a path.

Then use the path as a basis for a tour.

        Hi John,

There's no way that I'd know of BUT you can still make this path in SU then use a camera path ruby (AFAIK there's one free at Smustard's) to establish your camera positions in SU (i.e. make scenes) and when you export this into GE, the scenes will turn into a "tour".

One caveat however; the camera will always be a bit farther from the target in GE than it looks in SU. You can always manipulate this in GE but certainly it's a bit tedious.

Well, so far I haven't ever seen either a SU or GE version where the camera would be properly exported. πŸ˜„

            Thanks Gai, for replying.

Sounds like I'll make this a request for the next release πŸ˜„.

Ever since the last couple releases of GE, it seems the cameras translations (at least for me) of SU scenes to GE have been on steroids and require too much adjusting in GE. IMHO this is too inconvenient to be practical.
