Free Screen Recorder ??

I'm looking for a decent screen recorder and see that there are oodles of them to be found.
Does anyone here have any recomendations?

Jing has been veeery good to me. http://www.jingproject.com/download/
Only SWF output with free versions (which should be enough), if you pay $14 a year you get AVI export too.
