                  That is interesting and would think you might need a render farm to render a scene that big.

                      Commercial renderfarms tend only to be used for rendering animations as the initial setup cost for processing a file is so high compared to the subsequent cost per GHz.

                                Sean, thanks for the raw stuff. I learn so much from them. Let me ask you...when you bring your plants in during post pro, what tweaking do you do to them to get them to match the light conditions in the scene so well?

                                  yes, tell us.. do you ps all that? what is your source for plants and trees and grass? i think it's incredible that you have trees from above at the right angle and then again from the ground level!
