Copy Paste - don´t work anymore

Any idea why "ctrl+c" "ctrl+v" don´t work anymore ? I have a toshiba satelite laptop. I´ve searched in several windows forums and seems like many people has the same problem, but no solution.

Have you restarted? Does it happen in all programmes? Could your control key be stuck?
