I think this is one of your best shots, Pete - and that's saying a lot!
-
Thanks guys!!
It's funny how some folk see things so differently, to me it's an okay render, but here and the Cornucopia forum it got rave reviews, it was even selected for picture of the day at e-on's site: http://www.e-onsoftware.com/showcase/?page=11&Index=3493
Anyway, here is another random render, this time the render is part of a tutorial, I'm sure a few older members remember this model, as I have rendered it in my early Vue days (the home models were done by Tomsdesk), I thought with a stronger machine and learned skills I can give it more justice as well as being a good scene for a tutorial on exterior radiosity.
Sunset over Searsville
-
That's amazing!
-
Excellent render as usual...I love the manhole cover detail. Could you post a link to the tutorial you mentioned?
-
Another random Render, this model was from Pepe at 3DWH, I liked the texturing. anyway composed in Vue.
It was also selected for the picture of the day today on the e-on site.
-
I hope you are getting paid for all this!!
Beautiful work...you have a very distinct style. i love it needless to say
-
Vue is fast becoming my next targeted software. Ohhhhhhhh does the learning ever end. (arrr wouldnt want it any other way)
Pete
How long have you been trucking away at Vue? -
Awesome work Pete, congrats!
-
Thanks.
Here is one I recently re-rendered, changing ecosystems and render settings.
The Gropius house.
-
Puaff
I can do it much better!
(It's a joke, hahahaha)
If you publish that Vue tutorials consider to do it thinking on the free version users please.
I was visiting your site, you have very good taste. -
you're certainly on to something with that sketchup - vue workflow of yours, pete! These last three renders are very convincing! Top notch
-
the vegetation is ridiculous (in a good way)! awesome I love it, you just keep raising the bar!
i'd like to see a few midgies flying about in the forest haha
-
great renders, pete! i am drooling all over my keyboard.
-
after seeing the picture i think i like to try the VUE
-
How about some drama...
Apocalyptic dawn.
-
all you need now is a head bouncing down the steps (u seen apolcalypto?) rather tense atmosphere u've created there pete, kinda unsettling. I like it
-
nice one again, pete. Although I'm dying to see how the render would look, with the sunlight scattering through the dense vegetation. I think it would be an even more fantastic render with some vibrant light instead of the silhouette drama.
-
Okay, something different... in this image I used Alex's SU2Vue camera plugin and overlaid SU lines over a Vue integration render.
Richard Meier - Douglas House, Harbor Springs, Michigan, 1973.
-
what is it with barcelona chairs?! im getting sick of them!
nice line over although it would be nice to see the complete render without the fading out bit.
