Model rejected without reason - some ideas for improvement?

I got a model rejection without a reason given and I really don't see what to do better. I would be really thankfully if someone could do a quick test. -
At the very bottom of your model page there should be a link "Tell us why we're wrong". Definitely use it for at least asking for a reason. It's really hard to tell what they didn'tlike.

I already clicked this button, but it links to the top side of the same page...
I used the english version of the page and I don't see anything where I can report it.I think the link does not work. As I found in the source code, there should be the following javascript executed "showAppealDialog()"

Hm... That may happen. I only have one model like that but I haven't used that link so far since the rejection was correct and I hadn't even uploaded that model for inclusion but as a test (as I also mentioned in the description field).
