SketchyPhysics doesn't work!
-
Tools on Surface, 1001 bit tools (it doesn't work though), Rounded Edges, Indigo, iRender, Loft, Skin, Loop Subdivision Smooth and SketchyPhysics.
-
Ok there very well may be a conflict in there somewhere. Can you remove everything but SP and see if it works?
-
I did it and it looks like SP isn't installed... I'll reinstall it.
-
That would do it. Make sure the installer is pointed to the right path.
-
Oh, what I did was copy and paste to other folders the .rb files (exluding the SketchyPhysics ones)... I am going to install it again. (Oh, and try to download Hobbnob's latest tank, it is the model I can't run).
-
Yeah, the installer is pointed right, but SP doesn't load now. Look at the attachemented picture.
-
You have a seriously hosed install somehow. The function (file_loaded?) is part of Sketchup. If that isnt working nothing else will.
I would suggest that you rename your google sketchup directory. Reinstall Sketchup then install SketchyPhysics using the installer. If that doesn't work then there must be a problem with your system.
-
I have reinstalled SU and Skethyphysics (all the other plugins too), I can make my own models and make them work, but Hobbnob's still isn't working...
-
So am I a clear; At first no models worked. But after reinstalling all except one work? And its throwing the same error?
Which model fails?

Why don't you try the .ZIP one?
-
CPhillips, this is the model that doesn't work (link below).

Mr Planet, if it still like this, I will try with the .zip file. -
I dont know why that model is failing for you. It works fine for me.
Again is it true that all models used to throw the error and now just this one?
-
Well... I downloaded two models more and they didn't work, I can only make work my own models. Maybe it is because SketchUp.
-
Are you trying to download the models from inside sketchup? You need to use a regular browser and download them to disk before opening.
-
Uh oh! Maybe that's the problem (I don't think it is my web browser (I have Firefox)), I hardly ever save a model in the HDD before opening (principally because it will keep saving instead of opening).
