I hope we can finally put this issue behind us in version 8. It's not funny...it's ridiculous. How can you call your software "PRO" IE sketchup PRO version and still have this major of a BUG in the application. Why would it matter where the camera is relative to the sun and the shadows that the sun cast when it hits solid objects. It's time that Google use some of it's brain power and solve this issue once and for all.
