I was thinking zebra camp, in reference to the inmate stripes...

@Jeff:
You got cats?
Throwing a hairball. (chuckle, chuckle) -
i have a perfect setup re:cats..
two of them live downstairs but every day they come up the fire escape to visit for a few hours.. i don't feed them or clean their litter box..but no, not throwing a hairball though that's a good guess..
the actual answer has nothing to do with hair when spelled out on paper.. part of it may sound like hair when saying it though

Dave has the closest guess so far but it is not correct.
-
Pyroluna, is yours "Sell Yourself?"
-
or maybe 'the cost of living' ?
nahdave, only 5 more letters in the middle of that guess and you got it
-
Oh I just disovered this thread. I love puzzles.
I'm guessing "Every man has his price"...was that already guessed?

haha.. i dunno, i thought 'table of contents' was pretty good.. it's highly complex in that it uses three different play_on_words while at the same time, staying short and simple..
here's another.. (i guess the catapult drawing isn't as easy as i thought it would be -- i'll give up the answer later in the day if no one guesses by then)..
-
I thought it was good, too. The eye rolling is because I couldn't get it.

To Jeff: outside a house as in in a yard or outside as in anywhere outside a house?
-
Outside in the yard. More likely than not, the backyard but not always.
[and fwiw, the other one i posted is something you might find inside a house]
