Its three houses all and made to look just like one house.
Nope its not compact housing but its smaller than an average house.
Comments are very welcome.
Maybe I should try it on vray........i'll post it soon. I got a baby boy coming out soon.
I hope I can get a Paternity leave so I could practice also.
The owner wanted to be very simple. Though I dont know if its too simple.

It looks good to me. Among so many flashy projects, it's refreshing to see something different.
And don't worry too much about photorealistic rendering when you're dealing with individual clients. If you do, the client will become picky and want everything to be built exactly as in the images. But if you do want to give rendering a try, I'd recommend Kerkythea.

congratulate for ur new member.
No doubt, ur design is simple that i think the owner will like it.
I suggest u to put some slim high trees ie. palm in front
for more greeny surrounding.I agree with Ecuadorian to use Kerky for rendering

the man said he wants vray, so let him have vray, sheesh kerky bashers
congrats on the baby, i think i also used my paternity leave as sketchup practice

Very nice, Tesmeko, but I would relocate the guy on the far right - looks like he is holding up that tree in the background. Congratulations on the baby.

Im glad you all liked it,
i see that everything was observed especially with the person from the far right holding up the tree. I totally missed that one. I made this like a midnight to 3am perspective (i know, i suck a speed modeling).
But I like everyones comment so far, from vray or kerky, or just simple sketchup.
My students introduced to to kerky but it seem that there are too many things to adjust and I cant seem to relate how to manipulate things in there. Its like a car that has too many instrument gauges and panels....
Without speaking, I still hail all people who has the talent and patience using vray, kerky and 3dsmax very effectively.
Boy I wish I just have like 50% of their talent, man... that would make it a different ball game...
Thanks again for the comments!!!!!

You think Vray, Maxwell, Fry or other pro render applications are any easier...
They're not...But you really shouldn't worry too much about all the things you can adjust in Kerkythea...
You don't need to adjust that many things in KT to get a nice render...
Please also remember that we have made a lot of pre-made material libraries available for you...We have many great tutorials available, which should help you get "kick-started" in a very short time...
Take a look at the KT fast start 4Architects (Kerkythea render engine), where Majid have made an excellent and really easy tutorial available...The Getting Started tutorial, is also a good starting point...
