The fish's tubular eyes are capped by bright green lenses. The eyes point upward (as shown here) when the fish is looking for food overhead. They point forward when the fish is feeding. This just shows that reality is stranger than fiction.
Creation keeps amazing us... There are still tons of creatures to discover. I watched "Galapagos" in the local IMAX theater, and those scientists found quite a few new species in a single trip to the bottom! -
For the Darwin's Year, we just know a little about Life on Earth. We are a limited specie, but the only one, that consider itself beside. In french we say: we are sawing the branch which we are sitting on....
