Hi xrok1,
Yes, the clear bottle is a solid glass. I'll do it better.
Thank you.Regards,

Luis,
Nice renders!
As far as render times go can you post your settings? This might help people figure out why your times are so slow.

With IR & LC as yoru GI, the time shouldnt be that bad. yea...please post the setting, maybe we can offer a piece of our advice.

Hi,
My settings are almost the default settings.
Use GI, turn Off Default Lights.
Primary/Segondary engines : IM / DMCThe only setting that I have modified, is the DMC Sampler. I increased the "Subdiv Mult" from 1 to 20 to get more realistic shadows...but I think, this setting also increase the render time.
I Have only one rectangular light (with default settings), placed outside on the right of the image.
No bumps, neither Displacement.
Only reflection on the wood (with Reflection Glossiness 0.8) and objetcs.That'all.
I don't remember exactly, I think this scene has been rendered in about 30 minutes. I tried to add more objects, and the render time increased significaly.
1 hour is too much for me. It's for that reason I'd like to buy a Tesla card (with about 200 PCUs) for very fast renders. This kind of card is very expensive, that's why I'd like to know if "Vray for Sketchup" is compatible with the Tesla Cards (NVidia). I know, it is compatible with VRay for 3DSMax.Best Regards,

Luis,
Just one suggestion & if this works for you. For your primary GI, set the Min rate to -4 & max rate to -2. Try LC as your secondary GI. To avoid the noise issues, set the DMC sampler noise threshold to 0.005. I think it should give you a great improvement on time.just a piece of my advice.

Or this one ( credits to Teofas who manage to obtain a small rendering time and white walls)
I was getting to much color bleeding, so my white walls, was never pure white.

Thank you for your help
I will try your settings and post another render.Regards,

Hi everybody,
Here is another render of the same image.
I added a glass door and fix the problem with the transparent bottle. In the last render, it was solid. Now, it is more realistic.
This image has been rendered using the "visopt" configuration provided by stefanq.

Luis
