Using Flash for Webdialogs

There's been a few discussions in regards to webdialogs and compatibility with different browser versions. (IE6-8 and webkit)
Anyone considered using Flash for the whole dialog? That way you don't have to worry about how different browsers render HTML+CSS. Plus, you can do more advanced controls and preview drawings.It's been a long while since I used Flash, but I'm tempted to pick it up again.
