Help installing cross platform framework on Mac
-
Hey,
I am trying to install an open source HDR software prog. on a Mac running 10.5.6.
Before it will run I need to install a cross platform framework called Qt4.
I am out of my league here and cannot figure out what to do with the Qt4 once the folder is downloaded to the desktop. How/where do I install it?
Any help appreciated. Here's the HDR link... yes a weird name.

Muchas gracias,

The guys who write this crap are great at designing progs but when it comes to communicating with the average schmo who just wants to install a prog and get on with life, well... in the words of Cool Hand Luke....what we have here is a failure to communicate.

There MUST be some simple 'drag n drop', after all we are talking about Macs here

That's what's making me crazy, Mike. It's a friggin' Mac... maybe I'm just missing something but this has got me baffled.

Maybe TBD (Tavi) or Todd could cast some light on this for you? Both are Mac users and I imagine this task would be child's play for them.
