Hello everyone, I've been a fan of this forum and all you ruby scripters for a while now.
Good job and thank you to you all! โ˜€ I would just like to present an idea for a ruby, if I may...
In Revit you can orbit around a highlighted object/component/group's center point.
This would be fantastic to do in SU and eliminate any frustrating scene navigation.
Just select an object/group /component and when orbiting, that entities center point would act as the orbiting pivot.
      Possible?

Not exactly, but something similar that can help you:
        Camera OrbitOnTarget v1

๐Ÿ˜‰ ... and what I found great regard the SketchUP is the natural SU inference engine that I used with this tool. You just move the mouse around the model and the inference engine jumps to nice points to Orbit.

That's a nice script Marcio. Really close to what I was imagining. Thank you!

              Great.

In parallel, for precise usage (that was my original intention), I think it is better to orbit around a selected point then the center of the bounding box (of a component), but it is not difficult to add.

              Regards
