very good job allanx, you know what I think of your work, I like the 1st picture, very complete, but the others are also good especially as another way to use sketchup to represent the facilities and that sort of thing

Thanks guys for the very comments,the process of building these kind of models is like building a real building...
Every floor is in a seperate group/layer, first I model the exterior of the model then divide them per floor and place them in a seperate layer so I can turn them on/off when needed.

Is the exterior wall pattern SU lines or a texture? Also I cannot tell, are those round ducts. What's it like to make those? (rubies?)

No rubies here just Follow me tool and the pattern are lines that I draw, I cannot get the precise pattern in using a texture.
