where did you get that david? vietnamese hats has the same proportion but different materials. love the proportion of these hats.. perhaps come to vietnam, ill give you some souvenirs... hehehehe

i just quickly modeled it and applied what I thought would like a "straw" or something. . ..I have no idea what they are really made of. I just like em.

they are made of nipa (dried water coconut leaves) and i even love them for lighting.

Thanks. It's the top deck of a ship I was on this weekend when I came across a guy sitting alone and took the shot.

I absolutely love this thread, Nomeradona.

But... could you please limit it to two or three pictures per post? My connection has a hard time trying to display so many pictures per page, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
