i just quickly modeled it and applied what I thought would like a "straw" or something. . ..I have no idea what they are really made of. I just like em.

they are made of nipa (dried water coconut leaves) and i even love them for lighting.

Thanks. It's the top deck of a ship I was on this weekend when I came across a guy sitting alone and took the shot.

I absolutely love this thread, Nomeradona.

But... could you please limit it to two or three pictures per post? My connection has a hard time trying to display so many pictures per page, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
