See in google earth

Hello! I´m new and for the first, sorry for my bad english. So I cant join to the german forum.

OK. Here is my question. I´ve placed an 3D-model from Sketchup in google earth. Whats the next step, that all people in the World can see this model in google earth?

Hi Adrian and welcome (I have put you into the German usergroup now so you should be able to see it and post there)

Some steps for your GE model however:

• you don't only need to place it on GE
  
  (that's only on your computer) but
• you also need to "Share" your model
  
  in the 3D Warehouse (note that you need an account there but you can create one easily if you don't have one yet)
• then comes the waiting time until the Google employees decide if your model is well done enough, on the correct location etc.
• and finally include your model into the official 3D Layer of GE (which is marked with a blue ribbon in the 3D Warehouse)
  Until it is included to the 3D Layer, you can always send the URL of your uploaded model to anyone or include it into your website or anything.
