Do you know any website shows number of Sketchup licences or users per country?

I dont think google releases any details of the number of licenses it sells, and it would be pretty hard to get details for the free licenses, as it would probably involve surveying lots of people to get an idea of the distribution of SU. So in answer to your question: No.
