A couple things right away:
The client did not want anything in the windows (I hate it without).
The terrible painting is staying (expensive client buy), although I think it came out well from a cell phone photo.Modeling (2 hours all SU), rendering (1.5 hours for 6 shots at 4000 pixels using Vray).
Comments welcome.

Looks great, Scott. Nice, clean rendering. Just wondering, why is the door frame and sidelight two separate frames?
-
That is actually how it is built. Odd but true to life.

The chair is available at http://www.formfonts.com. do a search for "Chadwick".
Thanks for the comments.

Very realistic and pleasant pictures. Is that chair available somewhere?
The door and sidelight look like steel frame fire assemblies. I like the recessed lights and the vinyl wall base. Quite realistic.
Thanks for posting.

Nice, Scott. I agree with you about the windows but what can you do?
Is the wall-mounted cabinet angled on the end or is that a trick of the camera angle?
-
Well done once again.
-
Trick of the camera. I used a pretty extremely camera angle for all of the renders.
