Work is pertty slow this month, guess I'm a victim of this crappy economy.
So with some spare time available I am re-rendering a few models and possibly going to render new ones to improve my skills.

This one is of a home I did a while back as an urgent assignment, I used Podium for the original render so I decided to use Vue this time.

      Modeled in SU.

I decided to go for a dreamy early morning look, using soft focus for effect. I used a GI atmosphere with a low angle sun with minimal light decay and 20% haze.

This one is with a cleaner sharper look.

Wow!!! That looks great. Did you design AND build it?

Have I mentioned how much of a laugh I get out of some of the Signatures on here!

Is that that one you did very quickly with podium a while ago?

This ones rather nice btw, altohugh i think it could do with not having the mini model in the corner, i find it distracts from the atmosphere of the scene somewhat.

              Pete,

Fantastic work as usual. My only comment would be that the glass does not look as shiny as I would imagine it would be. Maybe that is a filter used or part of the atmosphere, not really sure. It was just something that stood out to me a bit. Other than that these look amazing!

There is a lot to be learned by someone like you and I hope more follow your work.

              Scott

Love the fact that some HATE my avatar.....

                Thanks guys.

Jeff, I built this from CAD file.

Remus yes, this was the 7 hour model and render, I am not sure what to say about the line image in corner, it seems almost expected these days.

                Anyway, here is another.

The significance is this is a Vue interior, it took 45 minutes to render at 1024 x ?, which is pretty good for an app that until recently was not good at interiors.

Solo, you are definitely the master of Vue. I love the soft focus in your renders. makes you long for a glass of red wine, some cheese and a setting sun (everything rather difficult to get in Great Britain πŸ˜‰ )

I like the house render (the first one), I would also like to try Vue for Archviz stuff.
