At work I'm working on a woodland visitor centre which is very enjoyable. Concept sketches and models which the client loved and now it's time to work up the materials and details.

My Uni course started again last week so from Tuesday, I have lots more work to do. Part of my current project requires me to choose a building and model a 3d section through part of it. I always like the look of 3d detailed sections and quite enjoy modelling them.

Not forgetting plenty of SCF related things to work on.

The good, the bad and the ugly. That just about sums up my career actually!

That looks like a pretty fun project alan. Is it for work or pleasure?

A bit of both....the joys of working for yourself. 😄
The main challenge is to keep it actually usable as a working component...for dockside projects and movie/comic previz, so low-poly is the thing rather than going for an orgy of detail. It's just over 4000 faces at the moment.

                  Nice Alan.

Other than Form Fonts components, I am working on 8 large Tilt-Up buildings each over 185,000 sq ft, a series of bank renovations and a government project... can't talk about that one 😉 All in Revit however the Tilt-up's were done in SU for "eye candy" to start with.
