I have a (rather tiny) black hole at home. In fact, there are two - my girlfriend also has one.

I understand that a black hole was created and that the entire Earth slipped into a parallel universe.
This has been proved beyond doubt as the parallel universe is one where an England football team actually wins matches! -
The end will come if McCain/Palin win.

Actually, I hear that the real experiments won't start until October.
And, some scientists are saying that it will be four years (2012) before the catastrophic effects are felt.
....I too am really, really scared.

it is hard for me to get the latest news.
It is not for joking but if the magnets have heated so much unexpectlly, I cant see any other way but to remove them for full garanty and that , I´m afraid is going to be impossible to do unless they reconstruct the wheel again.

If failures like this happpen so frequently on complex machines i wonder how many problems will rise when we'll make the first real starship...guess 10 years will stay on Earth and another ten in orbit.

How anyone can anyone think that nothing good will come of quantum physics research?!Sorry to split hairs but Cern did not "invent" the world wide web. Many years ago I researched this subject for part of my university dissertation (addmittedly not the best essay) but I'm sure that Arpanet developed by the U.S. Department of Defense was the original form of the world wide web, or at least the first large scale internet medium that actually worked. Cern might have developed it but they didn't invent it.
