Unfortunately, this hits way too close to home. If on any other website than The Onion I would have thought (still did actually) "What the hell are they up to now?"

I'm, sure there are those in Kansas - and other states - who wish they could pass such a law, no joking.
I believe Kansas is one of the states that has tried to mandate teaching creationism.
