My SU organic models

the only way to improve your weakness is to tackle it. This is true personally, that is why i have to gather all the organic ruby plugs available to develop my organic modelling in SU.
Here is my first one "PATO". my daughters love it. I have added displacement in Vray.
Modelling using Smooth and Subdivide.

I can see why your daughters love Pato. I like his illuminous shoes, was that intentional? The only thing I would say about it is to make his fur a little softer looking. He's a bit prickly at the moment. Not sure I'd want to cuddle up to him at bedtime
Its good for a first attempt though. I still have no idea how to use S&S

I like it Nomer.
Some more polishing to get a cleaner look, but very good already.I agree that the best way to learn subsmooth is to pick an object and to try as hard as you can to get something decent.

yeah just mess around with it watch tutorials and mess around with it some more. Its a really useful tool if you get to learn it. Try and learn all it can do. Go to prefrences > shortcuts and type in Subdivide and you will find all the tools that plug in has
